Customer Operations Associate
They are looking to hire a Customer Operations Associate to create the most optimal experience for their customers and riders, as well as document operations processes that drive value across the team and the entire delivery chain.
What Do you need to do to be considered successful?
To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can manage customer queries and complaints. You will be responsible for the following:

Maintain one-on-one communication with riders, delivery partners, daily, and customers, respond to general inquiries and confirm delivery status updates when necessary.

Resolve customer complaints according to our guidelines, or escalate where and when necessary
-
Document, resolve and suggest methods to reduce friction on the road.

Create, review, and document internal/external operations-related processes and inquiries.

Collate rider data/feedback, analyze and suggest new methods to increase rider efficiency.

Recommend and document general pain points and friction that will improve customer experience.

Proposing tech-enabled solutions and processes that make your role and the rider’s experience delightful.

Work with cross-functional teams to build solutions that improve customer satisfaction.

Draft templates, frameworks for resolving issues, and communication flow for the engineering team to aid operations.

Identify and prioritize communication flows & processes to be automated.

Measure rider efficiency and communicate ways to improve them via weekly reports.

Create a systematic approach to improving overall rider efficiency experience.

UI/UX Designer
They are looking to hire a UI/UX Designer to create the most visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces to optimise general customer experience for both their customers and riders.
What Do you need to do to be considered successful?
To be successful in this role, you will work cross-functionally across the product, engineering, and growth teams to deliver design value throughout the product life cycle. You will be responsible for the following:

Take new ideas from concepts to implementation

Cooperate with engineers and product managers to understand engineering complexity, define MVPs, and ensure product excellence through launch and iteration

Identify future opportunities, working as a thought partner to the product

Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with company leadership

Ship, measure and improve designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.

Conduct research, derive and document feedback directly from users and proffer design solutions

Stay up-to-date with user and product trends to ensure that we’re constantly delivering the best user experience at all times.
