We are looking for a Content and Community Management Intern who will be responsible for the execution of strategic social media engagement, content delivery, and outreach to help us meet our goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media and storytelling.
We are not that obsessed with experience and would favor potential over experience. However, passion for helping women in their careers, entrepreneurial drive, and an ability to sell are non-negotiables.
What are the big challenges you would likely tackle:

Community growth on our social media and Newsletter platform

Publish groundbreaking content and guides in the area of Hiring, Careers, Work, Personal Growth for women
What will you be responsible for?

Manage branded social media channels and Newsletter platforms (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) on our behalf

Monitor conversations across social media and address important mentions in real-time through engagement, escalation, or documentation

Generate insight into community performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Create social media reports and aggregate data into actionable insights to inform marketing
What should you have to be able to do this job?

Some knowledge and experience in social media management or content management is a plus

Proficient Creative writing skills

Performs well in an environment that values creativity, flexibility, and variety
