Researchers from Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania have proven it in a new study. They found that as your income goes up, your happiness levels also rise. So, while money isn’t the only key to happiness, it can definitely give you a boost. But there’s a catch! Turns out about 20% of people who are financially well-off are unhappy. Surprisingly, for them, earning more than $100,000 per year doesn’t have a significant impact on their mood. According to the researchers, money beyond that threshold can’t alleviate the pain caused by certain life circumstances like heartbreak, bereavement, or clinical depression.  Until then, keep figuring out ways to ask for a salary raise. Your happiness will know no bound. Abi bounds. Yes, yes, I still believe money is not everything.. ..only about 98%!
