Senior Product Manager at Sabi 

Sabi is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager that has experience building and managing technical software products, loves experimenting with the best solutions for users, and feels a sense of accomplishment when they solve a problem; you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts, pay attention to detail and take delight in learning about the fantasy sports landscape, new systems, processes, and technologies.

Their team is small but highly accomplished, so your voice will be heard and your ideas will make meaningful contributions to the business. This is a full-time role that is currently remote.

What do you need to be considered successful?

You will be responsible for managing the roadmap, pricing, packaging, and documentation of their product. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Create detailed product specifications and own the roadmap for gaining business and technical alignment.

  • Ensure the timely execution and business operationalization of your product priorities for each initiative cycle (e.g.,weekly, monthly, quarterly).

  • Drive the strategic planning and vision of your products and initiatives.

  • Support your proposals and executionplan with data-driven insights.

  • Communicate your product vision to engineering and design teams to ensure the realization of the most seamless customer experience possible.

  • You must be able to mentor and groom a team of juniorand mid-level product managers.

Within Your First Six Months at Sabi, You Will

  • Ensure that there is a consistent and reportable routine for gathering insights from key sources (e.g.,market, customers, competitors, product analytics)to derive and propose valuable initiatives.

  • Collaborate with marketing to identify target and potential customer segments to create tailored value propositionsand penetrationstrategiesforyour products.

  • Collaborate with business owners to create compelling and insight-driven proposals for roadmap prioritization.

  • Collaborate with highly skilled cross-functional teams (e.g., engineers, designers, marketers)to ideate, test, build and deliver the most valuable acquisition and retention levers for our customers.

  • Establish Key Performance Indicators to objectively assess the impact and success of all feature/product launches.

How important are you to the bottom line?

As a Senior Product Manager at Sabi, you’ll be a cross-functional ninja interfacing across almost every function of the business (e.g. designers, engineers, marketing, etc) to conceptualize, build and maintain successful products that ultimately delight our users

Biggest problem-solving duties on the job

You will seamlessly weave between cross-functional teams in order to build and grow a wide range of products with a growth mindset while being able to communicate product vision to non-technical stakeholders.

What do you need to have done in your career?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing)

  • Minimum of 4-5years end-to-end product management experience.

  • Understanding of our back-end and front-end tech stacks

  • Practical use of agile development methodologies.

  • Proven experience managing mobile applications.

  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., MixPanel, PowerBI).

  • Experience with product management and design tools (e.g.,JIRA, Confluence, UXPin, Figma)

  • Standard industry certifications are advantageous(e.g., SAFe Agile Product Owner, CSPO, PSPO, PMP, CBAP, etc) will be an added advantage
