Director of Product
Location: Capetown, Nigeria, Kenya
They are looking to hire a Director of Product to help them identify the most important pain points to solve, scope product features and technical infrastructure, collaborate with design, drive execution with engineering, craft product marketing, and plan go-to-market distribution. In short, your role is to ensure Sava becomes more and more impactful for business owners.
You will be responsible for delivering a differentiated product to market that addresses a market need and represents a viable business opportunity.
You will be responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the product that the engineering team builds. This means you will lead the cross-functional teams from a product’s conception through to its launch. This position reports directly to the CTO/CEO.

Director of Marketing
Location: Capetown, Nigeria, Kenya
They are also looking to hire a Director of Marketing that will help them create the magic needed to build a strong brand identity and position Sava for a successful launch in South Africa and other markets. Someone who is excited by the opportunity to help them build their brand from the ground up and work across all levels and departments of their organization to find what makes them unique and communicate it to the world.
You should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective acquisition projects. You will help them build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through range of online and offline marketing channels.
Your ability to strategize and coordinate marketing activities to drive tangible results will be tested on this role. You are crucial to how frequent and impressionable/relatable the Sava brand and messaging is to stakeholders, target audience and the general public.
